And when we don’t sleep we are more prone to high blood pressure, infections, colds (sleep strengthens our immune sleep), headaches, digestive issues, and weight gain.

In this ONLINE event you’ll learn about the good, the bad, and the myths of hormone therapy.
Herbs for menopause challenges, what you need to know
There are many available herbs for menopause challenges – that is, herbs to treat symptoms of menopause. But the effectiveness and safety of these preparations varies greatly.
Women often ask me what “natural remedies” they should take to help (peri)menopause challenges like hot flashes, anxiety, difficulty sleeping, low libido, and others.
The answer is never straightforward, easy, or fast – it depends.
If you would like to know the answer to these questions:
>> What do you understand bioidenticals to be?
>> What do you think bioidenticals are made of?
>> Based on your current knowledge of bioidenticals would you be more likely to use them than to use HT? Why?
>> Biodentical Hormone Therapy is natural, therefore it is safe. True or false?
>> What’s the cause for the Australian “grandma cancer”?

Management of induced menopause in breast cancer survivors
Many women with breast cancer suffer induced menopause due to certain treatments like chemotherapy, radiation, and medications used to treat and prevent breast cancer (tamoxifen and aromatase inhibitors) that damage the ovaries and decrease estrogen levels at an earlier age. Women who undergo a hysterectomy with removal of the ovaries are put into induced menopause literally overnight. Watch this video to learn about managing induced menopause.
