The internet and other media are loaded with misinformation about menopause—you can trust mine to be relevant and evidence-based.

Who am I?

My name is Teresa Isabel Dias and I am a pharmacist and a Certified Menopause Practitioner (NCMP)*.

I enjoy taking care of people. I have a lot of practice at it, I’ve been working in healthcare for over 20 years!

I realized there’s a void in the health care system when it comes to the care and support of women in their midlife years and especially during the menopause transition and I set out to fill this gap – I became a Certified Menopause Practitioner through NAMS*. Becoming a menopause expert has allowed me a more personal and deeper relationship with women who need a better understanding of what the menopause transition will mean for them and how to mitigate symptoms.

Many women are unprepared for menopause and suffer in silence believing they are the only one and there’s no relief.  But that’s not so.

You are not the only one!

Millions of women all over the world are going through menopause and have similar symptoms, worries, and complaints. Symptoms like hot flashes, difficulty sleeping, low sex drive, vaginal dryness and pain with sex, anxiety, and even depression may start as early as in the 40s when hormone levels start to change. Menopause is easier for some women than for others.

Menopause is not a disease; if you live long enough you’ll go through menopause.

If you experience any or all of these symptoms you would benefit from a consultation with me.

My goal is to minimize your symptoms, to improve your quality of life, and to help you age healthily.
Let me help you navigate the change!
