    • Staying healthy in menopause and beyond (disease prevention – osteoporosis, heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and dementia)
    • Natural therapies for menopause challenges (lifestyle, herbs, and dietary supplements) 
    • Menopause Hormone Therapy (MHT) aka HRT 
    • Body-identical Hormone Therapy (BHT)
