What should I know about menopause? Everything!

April 1 @ 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm

What should I know about menopause?

What should I know about menopause? Everything! Are you prepared for perimenopause, the hormone fluctuations of midlife? Do you know what changes your body and mind will go through when estrogen levels decrease?

If you know what to expect from this natural phase of life—about the physical, cognitive, and emotional changes of midlife—it will make the change easier for you. Awareness and education will help you to navigate the change.

Many women tell me that they wish they knew where to find good information about menopause. This workshop will help you understand what happens during (peri)menopause and what you can do to make the change easier.

In this workshop you’ll learn:

  • At what age you’ll go through menopause
  • The difference between perimenopause and menopause
  • What symptoms you may experience and should be prepared for
  • If you’ll gain weight in menopause
  • How menopause affects your bone and heart health
  • And much more…
