Are you the generation in the middle of the sandwich?

Are you the generation in the middle of the sandwich?
We all need to maintain health and strength no matter what our age. As we find ourselves in the middle of our children and our parents (“the generation in the middle of the sandwich”), it is difficult to take care of ourselves while we take care of others.
Learn how to know if you are good to go or perhaps showing some early warning signs that you need to slow down and focus more on yourself. Find out what interventions can be made to ensure your health assets are maintained and you avoid body bankruptcy. Find out how to slow down your body clock.
Your parents and/or grandparents may be worried about losing their health or losing their independence. This may become something you worry about as well. How can we help? We need to talk about it now. There are times that health declines quickly and there are times that health declines slowly. Learn how to be prepared for either scenario and what future technologies will do to help.
