Holiday Bash and 12 Tips for Menopause-Friendly Holidays
December 1 @ 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm$20
Join me on December 1st for a Holiday Bash and 12 Tips for Menopause-Friendly Holidays!
If you’re experiencing night sweats, poor sleep, hot flashes, fatigue, mood swings, and other unpleasant menopause challenges then the thought of getting ready for the holidays can make you wish you could hide under the bed and resurface on December 26th.
Adding the stress of the holidays to (peri)menopause can be a recipe for feeling overwhelmed rather than for gingerbread cookies! But it doesn’t have to be. Really!
The “must do” ghost of holidays past must not haunt you. You must put limits on what you take on this holiday season in order to stay healthy, sane, and still loved by your family on Jan 1st.
- You will be able to download (cheat-sheet!) the 12 Tips For Menopause-Friendly Holidays to you make the holidays a more enjoyable and less stressful time for you.
- Dress up (if you’re tired of your sweater!), turn your video and microphone on so we can hear and see everyone, socialize, and have a virtual party!
- Share your favourite holiday recipe for a sweet or savory dish, or a drink (easy to make!).
- Share things that give you hope. We all need something uplifting during these hard times. Holidays during the pandemic may make life harder for those of us who cannot spend time with our loved ones. Let’s cheer each other up!

And what’s a Holiday Bash without a gift? Your name will be entered in a draw to win a free WHIM (Women’s Health In Midlife) Network 2021 membership. I want you to make your midlife health top priority this holiday and always!
The purpose of the WHIM (Women’s Health In Midlife) Network is to educate women about their health and wellbeing, the life-affirming changes of midlife, and healthy aging. It’s the culmination of my 20+ years of experience working in women’s health with a focus on menopause.
I help women cut through the clutter, the myths, and the folklore. By providing truthful, trusted advice, I educate women and equip them to be their own health advocates.
